Question of SCN License 1

Our customer has a IP406 v3.2(57) Networking with IP500 v4.2(4). Now IP406's extn can call and talk to IP500's Digital extn, but not IP extn. The call was cut off when IP ext pick up the call. I try both direct media on/off all not working. Each time when I try it I can see from system status:Attempt to use a feature for which no license is installed.
License Type: Advanced Small Community Networking


Is that relate with Advanced Small Community Networking License?

System status gives fake alarms about those attempts

Is your 406 a v2 ?
Does it have enough memory ?
It should have a sticker on theback with the pcs level
When 8 and higher then upgrade it to 4.2
If it is a pcs 6 or lower you can not, if 7 then you need to check it with monitor and look for: FreeMen = 47453213
If it is simular then you can upgrade it if it has 7 numbers instead of 8 you can not
