I have a system with maybe 50 reports or so. When I give it to my CLient he says that after it prints he has to hit the printer button to make the report printout. My test system is using a HP 4L printer which does just fine. on his system he is using a HP 2100. When I open the report itself as a table in the first record the expr field. It has a line 'Device' and has my printer in it. Could this becauseing the problem of not being compatable? If so is it safe to just delete the line? How can I avoid this line being put in automatically. I'm working with Fox 7.0

Thanks

Take a look at the third tab at the top of this page, other the faq184-581 that was mentionned, you may find other faq's that may help you on other problems. Mike Gagnon

If you want to get the best response to a question, please check out FAQ184-2483 first.

That last solution seemed to work. It did remove a little more the first time I ran it than I wanted it to. I jsut wanted the printer name removed. I modified it to do just that. Thank you very much.
