Can you retrieve messages used by employees using a webbased java instant message program?
If I were to allow employees to use the MSN Messenger or AIM Express to communicate within the office and to the empolyees who work from home and on job sites, will I be able to open both and see conversations and messages to check and see if the are business releated or personal and is there a way to monitor to make sure that the only people on the list are other employees and no personal ones. Any input would be greatly appericated
