question about java applet

I have downloaded the appopmenu java applet from and added into my application.
The value of menuItems para is ;
"{Shanghai} {|Contact, //.../homepage.nsf/contact?openpage, right}";
right is the frame in which contact page desired to open in,but the contact page will open in a new window. I haved checked for several times,and sure everything is ok. What should I do then?
