I have a form set for Data Entry, and instead of bringing the form up with the default values, it brings the form up with existing data. I thought that maybe by turning off the allow additions, allow edits, and allow deletions, since all i want to be able to do is find info, i thought that would work, but when i do that all i see is a blank screen.(I would like to know why this happens), But I Cant figure out a solution so the the form brings up default values as opposed to already existing data. Any Suggestions?

Why would you consider "turning off the allow additions" when you expect the form to come up to a new record? Could you be a little more specific regarding what you are attempting to do?
