Question about 9i configuration

Just installed 9i on my Solaris 8 box (assuming its ip is 123.456.789.0). I noticed that I can visit both

http://123.456.789.0:7777

and

http://123.456.789.0:8080

The later can overwrite my tomcat. Where is the configuration file to set port 8080?

I also noticed that 123.456.789.0:7777 can compile jsp while 123.456.789.0:8080 can not. Does Oracle 9i integrate both tomcat and Apache together? If so, where is the server.xml file for Tomcat?

Any thoguhts would highly appreciated.
