Ques backing up

I am running an exchange 5.5 server and all of my users
have mail backing up in their outboxes. They can recieve
fine from anywhere and view anything on the server
itself. At the server level there doesn't seem to be
anything wrone, nothing in the ques and such. Any ideas
why their mail would be backing up in their own outboxes
and never even making it to the server? Any help would be
greatly appriciated.

Try stopping and then restarting the IS service.

Check to see if there are mailbox size limitations at the information store level. The problem you describe can occur if a user is over their limit, thus preventing them from being able to send messages.
