Hi!
I have a list of organiztions and I want to make a query that will show me a combo box in which I`ll choose an org. name from the list and it will give me the clients from that org.

any suggestions??

tnx

It's fairly simple. Your form's Record Source is the table or join query that contains the organization and client names. Your combo box's Control Source is blank (i.e., it's unbound). Its Row Source is the query you described. In the combo box's AfterUpdate event, you can use the selected value to create a criteria string for the form's Filter property, and set its FilterOn property to True. That will limit the form's recordset to records for the matching organization. Rick Sprague
