One publication you might like to look at is:

For example, page 49 of chapter 3 gives a short list of Key Query Features in Access 2000.
Also in chapter 8:Adding Power with Select Queries for example, features new to Access 2000 are highlighted, (eg the Round function).
Thanks. I'm having a time of it creating a query that includes info from three tables, with one of them needing the transaction date just prior to the "ending date" entered by the user. I've got one working (in Access 2000 anyway), but it's a nasty mess and there must be an easier way!
