Is there anyway for a query to output results in a different color based on Field criteria. I have a Priority field in a table. If the priority field equals 2 I would like the results to appear in red. If the priority field is not a 2 then black. Can this be done?

In the query grid ... no. You need to create a report using Access or some other reporting package (e.g. Crystal, Excel) to have that sort of format control.

Or a continuous form with conditional formatting.

Hope This Helps, PH.
