My query isn't returning any records, but i know there are matching records in my table. How could this happen?

Have you tried a copy and paste from a the table into the query criteria. Also have you tried using the advanced filter on the table. I find that this can often identify where the data is not exactly what you expect. Sandy

Dear Marilynt01,
as cmmrfrds has said (and I said in the table and relationships forum, hallo again!) please give us some more info about the criteria/tables/fields and we can all find a solution (hopefully) quicker.
We can guess, but it usually takes more posts to get to the point.
and we all do want to help.
