Query for no data in cell 1

I have a query with 4 fields 3 of the 4 fileds always contain data. 1 field contains some data not always. I want to run a query from this query to give me all 4 fields but in the 1 field that does not always contain data I want just the blank one to run in my query>

You want Is Null in the criteria cell ?
