Query for mailing list

I have a database with about 1685 kids in it with a variety of pertinent info.We use this also as a mailing list and would like to avoid sending multiple copies of newsletter to households.Some households have 2 or more siblings.How can I eliminate duplicate addresses from coming out in the mailing list report?Thank you so much, have been wracking my brain for a while on this one!Probably some simple answer but I cant see it.

Create a query with your mailing address requirements and then change the PROPERTY of your query to Unique Records.
