I have a query and that has a project id and multiple status dates. Does anyone know what criteria is needed to pull up only the most recent status date for each project?

Thanks...

You can turn the query into a grouping query by using the sigma on the toolbar. Then in the grouping row of the query, you should be able to group by project ID, then use the Max function in the date field to pull the most recent date.

Let me know if you need further explanation.

Thanks... I was just beginning to play in the grouping when I read your post. It works great.
