Quark6 to Heidelberg DeltaRIP"error:APP:Page too large!(CPSI)"

I have encountered a problem sending from quark6 to a Heidelberg Delta Rip, it generates an error,
"error: APP: Page too large! (CPSI)"
We have tried many things to get around this and well....nothing so far! Heidelberg is unable to help us as they apparently don’t HAVE quark 6! Anyone out there that has a Delta rip from Heidelberg ever had this? And if so how did they fix it? We are currently sending from quark5 till we or (Heidelberg) can sort this out. Thanks
