I'm using Quark 5. It's worked fine. A few weeks ago if I tried to "print" to my fax, it shut down without any message. Now it has started doing the same thing if I go to Utilities - Usage. It seems to be only happening on certain files and I can find no common ground. Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks in advance.

Could be a font that is trying to Auto load.

Well... I'm not sure what it was. Each of the files had been opened and "saved as". I deleted them and made copies in the folder instead and am no longer having the problem with the Utilities - Usage option. However, I still cannot sent to fax instead of printer. I can work around that one.
