Quark 6 / Suitcase X1 Problem

I have been running Quark 6 and Suitcase X1 on 10.2.8 for a month or so and it was prefect. I recently ran Repair Disk Permissions to speed up some of my programs, and now Suitcase will no longer auto-activate fonts when I open a Quark doc. I'm trying to work with Extensis on this, but they're pretty slow. Anyone have this problem? I've tried reinstalling both programs numerous times.

OK, I solved my own problem. So for anyone else who may encounter this, it's really simple. Under Utilities in Quark, there's an option called Suitcase XT Prefs... this enables/disables auto activation, etc. Not sure how it got turned off so I never realized it was there! Wow do I feel dumb....
