Just upgraded one of our three office PCs to Windows XP. Anytime we attempt to import a graphics file (such as a 7.5M TIF or EPS) into a Quark file, the machine either freezes or locks up; same thing happens just trying to update a file. When we are "lucky" enough to get an image imported, it takes anywhere from four to six minutes. The machine has 256RAM. Has any one else experienced this? Any thoughts on solving? Never experienced these problems in the Windows 98 environment.
