Quark 4.1 Open Document of Set Size

Hi, We are running Quark Xpress 4.1 on PC.
Is is Possible to get Quark to open a document of size X by Y?
eg 15cm x 12cm - so that a new Blank Page of the correct size for the job appears in Quark?

Not looking for a Pay plugin, but something that Quark can handle?

With no document open, but Quark active, go to FILE >> NEW document, set your size, margins, columns, etc. This will set your preference to page size and from thereon, all new documents will be that size until you trash your preferences.

Note also that you can make any other default changes under the any menus that have items that are not grayed out.
