Quark 4.02 and Windows XP - PS printing

Have been using Quark 4.02 on Windows 98 for some time with no problems. I've just upgraded to a new PC with Win XP Pro and now Quark will not print postcript files. If I print to a generic Postcript Printer (to file) all I get is a blank page. Likewise, printing to Acobat 5.05 creates a blank page. At no point during the print process is an error message generated...

Printing to non postscipt printers seems fine...

Anyone got any bright ideas...?

You need to use another PPD file, you can get most PPD files from

http://www.adobe.com,

under the download section.

If you can't fix it in 20 minutes call someone who can.

Thanks P20 - actually had an identical set up on another PC which was looking at the PPD's in a different folder.

Re-installed everything, changed the source folder for the PPD's et voila - all fine and dandy!
