Quality monitoing 7: server freezing

Hi all,
I install the QM7 on IBM server where it is freezing after an 2 hour of working.. do u have an idea on that?

did you rebuild the server os win 2003 and then reinstall QM?

could it be a hardware issue, like memory.. looking at the date i take its been resolved
