QT 7.1.5 pro sound but no video

I tryed to download itunes 7.2 but i keep getting this error message that says: Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\QuickTimePlayerLib.QuickTimePlayerApp\CLSID.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
is there any way you can help me with this because i cannot use my ipod otherwise.
