Can anyone clarify something for me
If a call comes into the CM (A) then passed down a QSIG trunk 233 (Q) to a 3rd Party IVR (B) (type box) then the call is diverted out to an agent (C) at another site but with WAN connectivity leaving the 3rd Party IVR on a separate QSIG Trunk 231.
Call ----- A ---Q 233----B-----Q231------C
Who should initiate path replacement on this call. The supplier is saying the Avaya however in the traces no ECMA-176 message are sent or received from the Avaya and on the 3rd Party IVR trace they send a message saying route optimization initiated.
I don’t really need anything more at the moment than to understand which part of the call is to setup the path replacement if all parties have it enabled.
