Hello ,

Does any one know what the maximum length is for a direct connection between a avaya DS1 and another QSIG node ?

I have 2 Q-Sig E-1 running just over 1200'. The distance limitation is where you can no longer reliably keep the DS1/E-1 up and running clean. With your cable, YMMV.

By definition, you can go up to 655 feet without a repeater (CSU).

What media are you using? twisted pair or co-ax?
