Having an issue with QSIG Signalling, call into the vendors system, it does the screen pop and all station information is seen. Transfer to another station and you see, CALL FROM 2200, not PARTYS, NAME 2200 as you would on a station to station call or attendant transferred call. Then the calling party will see "ANSWERED BY 7192" then both stations will update 20 seconds later with correct station to station information as though it was an extension to extesnion call.
What is the reason for the 20 second delay? Previously, with the old system that was non-QSIG we saw the information immediately, now we have this 20 second update issue with QSIG. What are we missing?
