Hi

I have a qpc138 b card on a 81c, i need to know the speed of the card. From what i know, it's from the dip switch that whe fix the speed. The problem is that i can't find the schema in the Nortel books. Anay one have the schema on hand, or where i can find it.

tell me how the switches are set or what speed you would like, I have the info
 
the speed setting is imprinted on the card

uf-7 is set as: off off on on
uc-22 is set as: off off on off
ud-22 is set as: off off off off off off
ud-31 is set as: off off off off off off
ud-34 is set as : off off off off

John, i dont see anything imprinted on the card

Okay,

This means that you have 2 ports, # 8 and 9

Port 8 is 9600 and port 9 is 2400.

If you want to change something, let me know, I can tell you the speed settings.... for port 9 to be 9600, all switches on C22 would go to off....
 
one more question phonz1

in front of my card i have 2 jacks: J-3 and J-4
you say that i have port 8 and 9. is port8 equal to J-3 and port 9 equal to J-4 ??
 
thats correct, now on the side of the card there are jumpers, they are for dce or dte. if port 1 jumper is on a13, that's dce, if on a16 that would be dte, port 2 dce is j25 and dte is a22
