I'm setting up IP hardphones on the end of a couple of T-1s. I'm already running IP hardphones at this remote location and will be adding a second T-1 with the following config.

T-1 "A" - Remote end SuperPipe 155. Near end AP450
T-1 "B" - Remote end Cisco 2500. Near end Cisco 3640

The reason for the difference in equip is that currently the T-1 "B" is a legacy frame relay link being converted to T-1. I'll be configing both links as separate subnets.

My question is...how to apply QoS to prioritise "voice" packets over "data" packets. I understand the Cisco 2500 may not provide this and would require an upgrade.

Thanks in advance
