I have a pc that diplays this error message on boot up "Cannot find the file 'qjinfo.exe'(or one of it's components). Make sure the path & filename are correct and that all required fields are available"
does anyone have any idea what this .exe is or does?

Hi,

It appears to be part of a virus. As you get error messages relating to it not being found, it has probably been removed or intercepted by a virus scanner, but some remnants are still in the machine.
I would follow the instructions here on removing the key in the registry to load the program, then run a good virus scanner over the whole machine.
