qfecheck for Windows 2003

Does qfecheck work under Windows 2003?? I tried it, didn't seem to work. Is there an alternative tool that will check to ensure all patches are installed correctly???

Correct me if Im wrong but this tool doesn't show what hotfixes are installed or if they need to be reinstalled.

qfecheck lists the hotfixes and tells you if they are not installed correctly. Can MBSA do this????
