qchaing patches

Hi,

I have written an batch file to qchain some patches. It works fine, but of course none of our users have admin rights. How do I install these patches. Can I ran the batch file with admin rights?

In the example it says I have to run qchain.exe after all the pathces. Is this still correct or only for patches that were released prior to December 2002?

Any help much appreciated.
