Anyone else experiencing problems with this patch?

We experience the following:
1. Service account passwords are reset
2. Service and COM+ credentials cleared
3. Permissions removed from %windir%\Registration (see Q909444)
4. .NET Framework 1.1 requires re-installation
5. Removing Q902400 generates errors when launching Component Services

I fixed the issue but thought others should know. Thanks.
