q-calls buttons problem

Hi,

I have a problem with Supervisor's station in a CC enviroment, buttons which were programmed to display q-calls for several splits are not working well from several days ago. When pressed, info displayed is not good, and few of them are blinking constantly, althrough treshlold is not reached, on press some of them display more calls on queue with time 00:00 (and there are no calls in queue), and so on...

It's a CM 3.1.2, no patches, S8700/G650.

I would appreciate any help.
