PVR line not rolling to Voice Mail 1

I have an Option 11, not sure of the release... I'm off site and have to take a road trip to the location as I don't have remote access...Problem: There is a 2616 set with a PVR line on Key 2, LHK is set to 2 to go to vmail but the PVR line won't roll over to vmail. The vmail system is an Octel. The line on Key 0 also has a mailbox and that line rolls over fine. Should the PVR line be on key 0? Do CFXA and CFTA have to be allowed in CLS? Any suggestions??

no just make sure the pvr is marped to the set that is doing the forward, i would add sfa to class..but you don't really need it. a pvr should forward without cfta or sfa, if you have cfta, then you'll need both fields to have the mail forward dn

Thank you, can you advise me how to marp the pvr to the set? What ld and commands? I'm really rusty on this stuff...

prt the set in load 20..the word marp will appear beside the dn, if it's not their, just do a change on the set.. ld 11 chg 2616 cust 0 tn x x, echg yes key 2 pvr xxxx return, the next line will be the marp prompt, just enter yes..then return through the rest of the prompts..

Check the Features Guide for Private Lines.
PVR lines are not supposed to be able to FNA.
You can try changing the trunk TN CMF prompt to NO.
That might let it work.
