Putting rows into one field..,. 1

If i have rows from a query throwing out staff names is there a way to put those names that meet a criteria into a single field separated by a coma or something?

I have a sample db that I could send you if you provide your email address. It demonstrates a function that returns a delimited string based on rows in a report.
