Putting in a Keycode!

It been awhile since I added a keycode to a switch.
Can someone tell me the load amd commands?

ksho hd
kdif
knew f0

if motorola then split.

if cpp then just load.

LD 143 on port 0

upgrade
System upgrade
ISM parameters upgrade

follow instructions then enter keycodes manually

Opt 61/81 or CS1000E
Keycodes file on floppy
LD 143 on any port

KDIF REC F0 or F1 depending on which floppy file is
or
KDIF REC RMD for CS1000E
Then control if displayed KC are correct.
KNEW F0 or F1
or
KNEW RMD for CS1000E
