Is there a nice simple way for a person to copy data (for example a 4x6 table) from an Excel spreadsheet and then paste it into a similar table layout in Delphi 7?

Is there a handy little new Table kind of add-on?

Any helps would be most well helpful... :p

I just want to be able to copy multiple cells in excel and paste them into a Delphi table.
