Is there a way using EPO to purge any computers that are no longer online? We have around 2500 systems in the EPO database and if there was a way to clean up and delete systems that are no longer around that would be nice. Did I word that question right?? Thanks.

You can do a research on all the computers with a dat file < than, for example, "4.0.4286". After you could delete all the computers found in the result.

You can do a research on the last connection date.

So if an agent has no more connection since 1 of 2 monyhes, you can delete the record.

In ePo 3.0, the is a task you can schedule.

In ePo 2.5.1, you can use the "Search" task to find the computers

It's easier in ePO 3.0. Just schedule a server task to look for "Inactive Agents" for a specific time period, say 2 weeks. Then you can opt to delete them OR move them to another group.
