Published Report Fails 1

I have a report that runs fine in the test environment, however as soon as it is "published" to the website for use it fails. Even though it is the same data, same server, same environment. Anyone ever have this happen before?

What is the data source and data connection method? Other reports using the same data source are working well on the target server?

Data source is a unix database, the report is stored on a crystal server once published and is using a stored procedure written in informix, which is stored on the same server as the database. I have discovered from the test group that it only fails if we make a selection other than all for the selection criteria.

What happens when you use Crystal and select:
Database, Verify Database...

If that doesn't fix the issue, what is the record selection formula?
