Running Exchange 5.5 SP4 on Windows 2000 SP2 with NAI Groupshield 5, client outlook 2000. Everything was fine, then when accessing public folders with documents in, the hourglass comes up and task manager shows outlook not responding, but about 2/3 minutes later the folder is accessable, then when you try to open one of the documents the process takes another 2/3 minutes before the document opens up. Inbox etc in the client are okay, however, if a mail arrives from the groupshield service the same thing happens. Anyone got any ideas?
