Hi there
We are having problems with users that want to forward and reply to emails in public folders, that are obviously email enabled. They are able to forward and reply however the icon doesn't update with a blue arrow for forward or a purple arrow for reply.
Have checked the permissions. When I give myself owner permissions to a particular public folder I'm also get the same issue.
Any one got any ideas why this might be?
