Public Folder

Here is the problem. There are three public folders that contain appointment items. All but one user can access all three folders. The one user who can't always could. Now she can access two of the folders. When she attempts to access the third folder, it displays then hangs the outlook program. I have run the office repair, removed and reinstalled outlook, removed and added her profile. I have done all the windows updates and the office updates. All this to no avail. Any suggestions
