I have a client runing Exchange Server 2003 with all the clients on Outlook 2003. The client I believe has both personal .pst files as well as Exchange Mailboxes. They wanted one calendar that all can see, to keep up with upcoming jobs and schedules, etc.. I have created a Public Folder Calendar that they all can see. Is there an easy way to have the Public Calendar alert a particular individual of an upcoming event from that Public Calendar, in Outlook. I guess so it dumps into there personal calendar if they are assigned the particular job task. I understand Outlook is the app that creates and manages the task reminders and alerts.
