I have a user on my network who is able to open the shared contacts folder within the public folders, and view any contacts on that list. However, when she wishes to send an email the shared contact list is not available, only her personal folder and global addresses.
I've tried changing permissions, but that hasn't helped. She is the only user on the network to have this problem, and I can't see any obvious differences between her account and anyone else's.
