Hi, I wonder if anyone can help, Brontosaurus are you there?!?

I need to export the data from our Public Folder - All contacts and it used to be owned by a particular user, give a permissions tab when logged in as them, and to let me export from it. Since our changeover from Exchange 5.5 (at least I think it might have happened then) when I had to reset permissions using Explorer, I can no longer access a permissions tab on the public folders or export the data.

I need to do this urgently and have found an article about removing the permissions in Explorer and adding them back in Exchange Manager. I have looked in Exchange System manager and there are several deny permissions that seem to be inherited. Is this normal? Also they are complicated permissions and I am very loathe to just remove them all in case there are problems

I would be really really grateful for some help with this.

Many thanks

Kathy
