Public folder no propagate permissions.

I have tried the instructions in the above thread, but i dont have a propagage permissions button.

 
Go get yourself pfdavadmin. Its fairly straight forward and works really nicely. Oh and its free.
 
You probably have a MANAGE SETTINGS option. Choose that, click NEXT, then choose the bottom option, OVERWRITE SETTINGS and choose FOLDER RIGHTS
