Public folder migration on exchange 2

I need to move public folders from one Exchange server to another within an administration group. Do I need to use this tool:

- or is there an easier way to do it?

FYI... I don't have SP2 installed.

You could use the tool, or, if it is not too much of data, just copy them to a PST and import again on the new server.
For smaller PF's this is quick and dirty but a very fast way to get it done.

You can just set up replication. Once they are replicated to the new server, you can turn it off. See the related section in kb 822931
