Public Folder - Mail Enable

I am creating a public folder which needs to be able to receive external email. After creating the folder I have gone into exchange admin and right clicked the folder expecting to get All Tasks - Mail enable option. But it is not there. Is there something (probably obvious!) that I am doing wrong?

are you accessing System Manager from a remote computer? (the computer that doesnt hold the exchange?)

as far as i know, it can be made only in the ESM from the console of the exchagne!
