exchange 2003 with outlook 2003
Can I have a public calendar that populates with 4 peoples combined schedules for one comprehensive view? I looked at the group schedules but can't stand the horizontal layout, the small week view. I would love to see the public calendar 'day/week/month view with auto preview' showing each persons appointments from their calendars. I would also like to be able to add appointments to the public calendar that automatically dump into the assigned persons personal calendar.
I don't want to have to buy a 3 party product or upgrade to 2007.
Am I asking too much of my server/outlook? Can this be done?
