Public Folder Data Disappearing

I have a problem with Public Folder data disappearing. We have multiple Public Folders in our organization, replicating data amongst themselves.

When someone copies an e-mail message into a Public Folder, the information disappears after a couple of days. The messages go from 50+ K in size to 297 bytes. The message remains listed in the folder list, just all of the content is lost.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
