IS-IT--Management
In an Exchange 2000 environment, we have users that they are using different versions of Microsoft Outlook.
A Manager that runs on Windows XP Pro and Office SBE 2003 has created, under "Public Folders/All Public Folders" a Calendar.
Then he has edited the Calendar Labels and he has created, under the "Master Category List" few Categories.
He created entries with different "Labels", "Categories" and then he went to the "View" Menu to create different "Define Views".
The permissions for "Anonymous and Default" are as "Reviewer".
A different Manager has as permissions "Editor" but he runs on Windows XP Pro and Office XP SBE 2002. When he tries to expand the entries at the Calendar, Outlook is crashing. He can see when he is on Monthly View all entries, its only when he is on a predefine view that the Outlook Crash.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
thanks
